Responding to investor questions regarding the collective rise in executive compensation and how it compares with peers, iFlytek explained that executive pay is determined in accordance with relevant regulations revised in May 2026. Under those rules, the total basic annual salary and performance-based annual salary payable to the Chairman and President for fiscal year 2025 would have amounted to 27.9569 million yuan. However, in order to align with the company's current stage of development and to reward Category A outstanding employees, the two executives voluntarily took substantial salary reductions, ultimately receiving 4.1 million yuan and 3 million yuan respectively—each more than 20 million yuan less than the amount payable. For fiscal year 2025, total compensation received by the company's directors and executives collectively came to 18.6085 million yuan, up from 17.226 million yuan in 2024. The company said it upholds a people-oriented philosophy and welcomes outstanding technology professionals and talent from both home and abroad to join. In addition, iFlytek released its third-quarter report for 2026 on the evening of October 19, reporting third-quarter revenue of 6.564 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.99%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of 226 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.05%.
