The two sides held in-depth discussions on integrating embodied intelligence with healthcare AI, identifying key application scenarios and cooperation pathways, and reached a broad consensus. Under the planned partnership, AgiBot will provide support in robot hardware, motion control, interaction capabilities, and mass-production operations and maintenance, while Runda Medical will contribute its expertise in full-scenario healthcare process adaptation, data governance, industry experience, healthcare AI agents, in-hospital system integration, and customer service.
