According to media reports, Anthropic may release its IPO prospectus S-1 as early as October 26, 2026, US time. It previously planned to start roadshows on November 9, followed by pricing in the subsequent week and a formal listing in mid-November. The fundraising target is up to approximately $100 billion, corresponding to an estimated valuation of around $2 trillion, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs leading the underwriting. As of now, Anthropic has not publicly confirmed this information.
