Additionally, it seeks to innovate digital content consumption by leveraging AI technology to aid in the creation of theatrical works, music, dance, fine arts, and immersive experiences. This includes launching a wider array of high-quality digital cultural and museum offerings and increasing the supply of ultra-high-definition content. The plan also focuses on creating novel digital consumption scenarios by integrating digital and intelligent technologies into various consumption settings. It encourages the combined use of AI, virtual reality, and ultra-high-definition technologies across sectors like commerce, education, healthcare, culture, tourism, and sports, while establishing smart business districts and stores. Finally, it aims to broaden digital consumption channels by supporting the digital marketing efforts of brick-and-mortar commerce and trade enterprises and guiding the standardized development of instant retail and live-stream e-commerce.
