On October 1, 2026, Anthropic announced the full availability of its Claude service for government agencies, while Claude Code CLI and Claude for Microsoft 365 entered early access stages. Previously, California, USA, had partnered with Anthropic, allowing government agencies within the state to use Claude at half price and receive free training and technical support.
