On September 27th, news emerged that Zibo City has officially launched its state-of-the-art training facility for embodied intelligent robots. Developed through a collaborative effort between the Zibo High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and Shandong Zhixing Intelligent Embodied Co., Ltd., this facility boasts an impressive array of over 40 robotic systems. These systems are designed to operate across six key scenarios: industrial welding, medical device sorting, power system operation and maintenance, chemical inspection, ceramic flexible manufacturing, and healthcare and elderly care patrols. The facility is dedicated to the ongoing collection of data for critical tasks including navigation and obstacle avoidance, object manipulation, precision operations, and human-robot interaction. Its primary goal is to foster the seamless integration of embodied intelligence technologies with Zibo’s locally dominant industries.
