The Doubao General Session team is set to downsize its workforce by roughly half. Initially, this team boasted a headcount of approximately 50 members, making it the largest group within Doubao. It was entrusted with overseeing the conversation product's functionalities, encompassing strategic planning, performance evaluations, and more. Following the restructuring, a portion of the team members will be reassigned to other departments, such as Doubao's commercialization initiatives and Feishu.
