Earlier, ByteDance also initiated the Xpert expert community to bolster its Doubao large-scale model. The strategic initiatives by these two tech behemoths signal an intensification in the AI industry's talent race, as they strive to attract existing experts from across the professional spectrum. Industry experts opine that Tencent's initiative is geared towards integrating external expert resources and constructing technical barriers in niche scenarios.
