Refined Holdings announced that it will issue 1.18 billion new shares to Nova Scope Ventures Limited at a price of HK$2.7 per share, with a consideration of approximately HK$3.186 billion, thereby introducing AI strategic shareholder Terminus. This transaction is regarded as a significant long-term investment for the company. Upon completion of the transaction, Terminus will become a major shareholder of Refined Holdings. Both parties will leverage their respective industrial and technological strengths to achieve deep strategic synergy and jointly advance the development and deployment of China's domestic AI industry.
