On September 19, DeepSeek unveiled updated regulations concerning API peak-valley pricing hours. Specifically, weekends that include make-up workdays, as well as full-day public holidays, will now be charged at off-peak rates. Previously, DeepSeek had initiated a peak-valley pricing system starting from August 17 and had further refined its API billing rules on August 23, establishing a consistent off-peak rate for weekends throughout the entire day.
