Nscale, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure and GPU cloud computing company headquartered in London, United Kingdom, has officially submitted its application for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. The company intends to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "NSCL."
Financial data reveals the company's performance over recent years: In 2025, Nscale reported revenue amounting to $33 million, accompanied by a net loss of $761.8 million. In the preceding year, 2024, its revenue stood at $19.1 million, with a net loss of $78.2 million. By the first half of 2026, revenue surged to $140.6 million; however, the net loss also expanded significantly to $1.02 billion, in contrast to revenue of $10.4 million and a net loss of $368.9 million during the same period in the previous year. Moreover, the adjusted operating loss rate for the first half of 2026 reached 199%, an increase from 185% in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Additionally, Nscale has entered into an agreement with Anthropic, which is projected to generate payment funds of up to approximately $44.6 billion for the company.
