Driven by the artificial intelligence boom, the demand for global data center construction has surged. However, issues such as power shortages, insufficient construction workers, and slow project approvals are becoming major obstacles to the development of the AI industry. To address these challenges, U.S. AI infrastructure company Crusoe has proposed a new solution: building modular data centers that can be mass-produced and easily transported and deployed, replacing the traditional 'hyperscale campus' model.
