According to AppleInsider, after Elon Musk's SpaceXAI applied to remove Apple from its antitrust lawsuit, OpenAI requested the disclosure of the terms of the settlement between the two parties, but this request was dismissed by the judge. The judge stated that the court is unwilling to compel the disclosure of confidential settlement agreements and that the settlement agreement is not relevant to OpenAI's pending case. Previously, SpaceXAI accused Apple of monopolistic practices by exclusively accessing ChatGPT on the iPhone, but has now withdrawn its lawsuit against Apple and will continue to pursue OpenAI.
