On September 17 local time, humanoid robot company Figure announced the launch of its 'most advanced' neural network model, Helix 2.5. In experiments, the company pre-trained Helix 2.5 using the human behavior dataset Index, enabling it to master three tasks: tidying up a living room, folding towels, and making beds. Subsequently, the Figure 03 humanoid robot, equipped with this model, was placed in an unfamiliar environment. The results showed that the robot could autonomously complete housework tasks with zero-shot full-body control without additional training. This demonstrates that embodied intelligence can, like humans, transfer its understanding of the physical world to new environments, adapt to dynamic changes in real time, and eliminate the need for reconfiguration each time.
