The 2026 annual meeting of the "Global Initiative on Artificial Intelligence for Health" will be held in Hangzhou. As of August this year, China's primary-level medical and health institutions have launched 19 intelligent applications. Among them, the intelligent decision-making assistance application for primary-level general practitioners has covered 900 counties and districts in 28 provinces, as well as 21 districts in 4 municipalities directly under the central government; the intelligent patient management application has covered 578 counties and districts in 16 provinces and 14 districts in 4 municipalities directly under the central government.
