On September 16, 2026, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) rolled out more than 200 AI courses, accompanied by a six-month complimentary subscription to cutting-edge AI tools for qualifying learners. Singaporean citizens aged 18 and above who enroll in eligible AI courses are entitled to apply for a one-time complimentary subscription. This subscription includes access to a variety of premium AI services, such as ChatGPT Plus, Google AI Pro, Microsoft 365 Personal, and the Singtel AI Pass, among others. Notably, three products from MiniMax—MiniMax Agent, Hailuo AI, and MiniMax Audio—have been integrated into the program via the Singtel AI Pass. The Singtel AI Pass is a service provided by Singapore Telecommunications Group (Singtel), a leading telecommunications company in Singapore.
