In a collaborative effort, Wenzhun Intelligence and Tsinghua University have introduced LimiX-2, an innovative large-scale structured data model boasting 400 million parameters. LimiX-2 has clinched the number one spot in three prominent international structured data evaluation benchmarks—TabArena, BCCO, and TALENT—outperforming comparable models developed by international tech behemoths like Google, SAP, and Amazon. The model's superior performance is attributed to three key technical innovations: Contextual Mechanism Networks (CMNs), an enhanced automated synthetic data generation engine, and an expanded parameter scale. Notably, CMNs chart a new course by shifting from 'target prediction' to 'structure discovery,' delivering remarkable improvements over traditional causal discovery methods. The preceding iteration of LimiX has already proven its mettle in over 3,800 use cases and has forged partnerships with more than 60 clients. LimiX-2 is poised to further propel the evolution of models in the realm of causal intelligence, facilitating the transition of artificial intelligence from mere prediction to informed decision-making.
