This strategic blueprint outlines the establishment of a sophisticated smart city management system, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to significantly bolster the efficiency of urban management and safety governance. The SAR government is currently in the throes of intensive research to devise an integrated 'AI City Brain' management system. This innovative system will integrate cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and the Internet of Things, to facilitate seamless, real-time data exchange across various departments and enable intelligent analysis. By doing so, it will empower authorities to monitor urban management and operational status in real-time, issue early warnings for potential risks, make instant forecasts, and coordinate responses effectively, thereby establishing an intelligent nerve center. The overarching goal of this initiative is to fortify the city's resilience and lay a robust foundation for sustained economic and social prosperity.
