On the afternoon of September 15, during the 2026 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week, the Sub-Forum on AI Security Governance convened in Jinan. At this event, three top-tier datasets were officially unveiled: the Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0, the Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0, and the AIGC Detection Dataset. Notably, the Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0 encompasses a substantial 120GB of data, designed to furnish robust data support for large-scale model training and AI advancements. The Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0 is composed of five sub-datasets, aimed at bolstering the cybersecurity proficiencies of large models. The AIGC Detection Dataset features 100,000 text data entries and an equal number of image data entries, facilitating research into the detection and traceability of content generated by large models. All these datasets are now accessible via the 'Chinese Internet Corpus Resource Platform.'
