On September 16, reports surfaced indicating that the U.S. National Security Agency, in collaboration with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, had recently issued a joint notice. This notice groundlessly accused Chinese artificial intelligence companies of engaging in "industrial-scale" technology distillation within the United States, pilfering the capabilities of cutting-edge U.S. models, and even offering defensive advice to U.S. companies. Such allegations by the United States are entirely lacking in factual or legal merit. In reality, they represent an effort to politicize and weaponize normal technical and commercial matters, all while applying a blatant double standard. This move once again lays bare the United States' persistent pursuit of technological supremacy, its monopoly on computational power, and its strategy of suppressing competitors in the artificial intelligence arena. China stands firmly against such actions.
