On September 16, Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, and Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, pointed out at Salesforce's annual Dreamforce conference that current enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence is still in its infancy and requires more support to fully unlock AI's potential. Dario stated that the actual utilization rate of AI technology's economic value is currently only 5% to 10%, and there is still a significant gap for large enterprises to fully adopt AI. Benioff emphasized that there are significant disparities in how enterprises apply AI, and further assistance is needed to help clients advance their digital transformation. Previously, Salesforce has deepened its collaboration with Anthropic by integrating the Claude model into its product ecosystem. Additionally, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang believes that AI safety should be driven by market forces and does not require additional legal regulation, as AI companies can manage risks by controlling development progress and releasing safe models.
