Elon Musk's social media platform company, X, along with its AI-affiliated entities, has submitted a request to the U.S. Federal Court in Texas to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit previously lodged against Apple. The initial lawsuit contended that Apple was providing preferential treatment to OpenAI within the App Store environment, consequently stifling the growth and visibility of xAI ecosystem products, notably including Grok.
