The global tech industry is actively discussing the capability boundaries of artificial intelligence. Satya Nadella, Chairman and CEO of Microsoft, clearly stated that any pursuit of superintelligence must be premised on serving humanity and being controlled by humans; otherwise, such technological development is not worth pursuing. He also emphasized the need to accelerate the widespread benefits of AI and build a cutting-edge ecosystem where both closed-source and open-source models can thrive. Enterprises should be able to build their own continuous learning systems without relying on a single model provider, and embed their own knowledge into controllable models. Microsoft will release a code of conduct supporting its MAI model for public consultation.
