On September 13, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area unveiled its inaugural batch of “Yiqi Token Loans,” amassing a total credit approval value of close to 2 billion yuan. As the city's first-ever batch of computing power token loans, this innovative financial product leverages enterprise token consumption and the contract value of computing power services as the cornerstone for credit approval. It employs a comprehensive evaluation system that considers factors such as technological innovation barriers and team expertise, thereby transcending the conventional reliance on tangible collateral. This approach pioneers a fresh financing avenue for technology-driven startups, harnessing computing power data to bolster credit approval processes. Six prominent banks, including the Agricultural Bank of China and CITIC Bank, were actively involved in the credit approval process, extending support to numerous enterprises within the artificial intelligence industry chain.
