On September 11, Inspur Information disclosed its intention to issue shares to a maximum of 35 designated investors, aiming to raise a total sum not exceeding RMB 9 billion. The proceeds from this share issuance will be allocated across several key projects: RMB 2.6 billion will be earmarked for the research, development, and industrialization of next-generation AI infrastructure; RMB 1.4 billion will support the research, development, and industrialization of liquid-cooled native computing power infrastructure; another RMB 1.4 billion will be invested in the crucial technology research and development endeavor for multi-agent collaborative computing-storage integrated computing power infrastructure; RMB 900 million will be used to upgrade the smart manufacturing and delivery capabilities of high-density computing power equipment; and the remaining RMB 2.7 billion will be utilized to bolster working capital. The board of directors has given its green light to the pertinent matters concerning this share issuance, which are now pending the necessary approval procedures.
