Recently, Robo.ai Inc. made a significant announcement: its industrial conglomerate, Alif Holding, is set to establish a fully-owned subsidiary, Alif Maritec, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This new venture will specialize in marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure solutions. Leading the charge will be Dr. Jasem Al Mansoori, CEO of Alif Holding, who will assume the role of Chairman at Alif Maritec. Alif Maritec is poised to focus on four core areas: marine protection, smart port operations, underwater intelligence, and safeguarding critical infrastructure. It aims to serve governments and infrastructure operators by addressing their needs for comprehensive protection—both above and below the waterline—for ports, coastlines, offshore energy assets, and vital facilities. The company will develop cutting-edge solutions, including underwater barrier and protection systems, port and coastal security frameworks, and intelligent monitoring platforms. These technology platforms will be bolstered by AI and data analytics, advanced sensing capabilities, innovative marine materials, and digital twin technology. Alif Maritec will carry out technology integration and manufacturing within the UAE, ensuring compliance with international standards. Initially targeting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market, the company plans to gradually expand its footprint into international markets. Earlier, in the first half of 2026, Robo.ai underwent a strategic transformation by divesting its traditional businesses and acquiring Neurovia AI and Quantum Core Capital. This move led to the formation of Alif Holding, which now boasts four major platforms centered around intelligent infrastructure. From June 1 to August 31, 2026, the group's total revenue surpassed $180 million, demonstrating the new structure's ability to generate sustained operating revenue.
