On September 6th, the "National Anti-Fraud AI" APP, independently developed by the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau under the guidance of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, was officially rolled out. This initiative aims to elevate the informatization and intelligence quotient in combating telecom and online fraud, while empowering the public to recognize and thwart fraudulent activities.
The APP harnesses the power of large language models, multimodal models, and intelligent agent technologies. Upon users entering details of suspicious scenarios, the APP promptly conducts risk evaluations, deciphers fraud tactics, and presents relevant typical cases. It meticulously dissects fraud methods across multiple dimensions, including text, voice, and video, and furnishes users with preventive strategies.
