On September 5th, hot on the heels of Zhipu launching its inaugural store on the Tmall e-commerce platform, a number of prominent large language model companies, namely Kimi, MiniMax, and StepFun, have entered into discussions with Tmall. Their intention is to set up official flagship stores down the line, aiming to market Token subscription packages. On September 3rd, Tmall's AI Space Station (Token Recharge Center) kicked off operations, presenting subscription services for large models sourced from Alibaba Cloud, Zhipu, Kimi, MiniMax, and more. For users, buying Tokens is as straightforward as topping up their mobile phone credit, with the flexibility to choose between card codes or direct recharge methods. On the very first day of Zhipu's flagship store debut, there was a staggering 40-fold increase in search volume. This event signifies the formal foray of large model subscription services into the realm of e-commerce consumption.
