According to sources familiar with the matter on September 5, U.S. AI company Anthropic is expected to start its IPO roadshow as early as mid-October, with the prospectus expected to be released in late September, and plans to complete the listing a few days before the U.S. midterm elections in November. Previously, Anthropic had planned to release its prospectus as early as next week, but has now postponed it to late September. Related plans, including the timing of the listing, may still change. Anthropic is seeking to secure a $15 billion revolving credit facility, with banks such as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs working with it to advance the IPO. If successfully listed, Anthropic may raise over $100 billion in funds, with a target valuation of $2 trillion, potentially becoming the largest IPO in global history.
