Blackstone's early-stage venture capital arm, Blackstone Innovation Investments, led a $27 million Series A funding round for startup cybersecurity firm Huskeys. Huskeys focuses on developing AI gateway protection systems to help enterprises defend against risks from automated web traffic. The one-year-old company now has a post-money valuation exceeding $100 million. According to a representative from Huskeys, following the transaction, Blackstone will become its second-largest external investor, second only to Israeli venture capital firm 10D.
