On August 31, the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, along with other institutions, jointly released the Intelligent Chemical Engineering Large Model 3.0 Pro. This model breaks through the traditional application mode of large models, which primarily focus on knowledge Q&A and content generation, and establishes a four-layer technical system: 'Large Model—Intelligent Agent—Professional Skills and Tools—Application Scenarios'. In this system, the large model is responsible for analyzing chemical engineering problems, proposing solutions, and planning tasks; the intelligent agent executes these tasks by breaking down complex tasks into smaller operations, invoking tools, checking results, and making timely adjustments.
