CICC has issued a report indicating that Chinasoft International has secured the contract for the Xi'an Smart Transportation Benchmark Project, with a contract value totaling RMB 245 million. This project involves AI-driven collaborative scheduling, all-encompassing intelligent sensing technologies, and the implementation of open-source HarmonyOS devices. These elements collectively highlight Chinasoft International's comprehensive capabilities in delivering end-to-end solutions, ranging from sensing terminals to intelligent decision-making processes. The project is anticipated to establish a benchmark model that can be replicated across other cities.

In light of the AI business's growth surpassing initial expectations, CICC has revised its revenue projections for Chinasoft International upwards by 7.8% and 7.9% for the years 2026 and 2027, respectively. The new estimates stand at RMB 18.73 billion for 2026 and RMB 19.9 billion for 2027. Additionally, while maintaining its net profit forecast for the parent company unchanged for 2026, CICC has increased its projection for 2027 by 18.5%, now expecting RMB 574 million. This adjustment reflects potential shifts in investment returns and other gains. Despite maintaining a 'Neutral' rating for Chinasoft International, CICC has raised its target price by 19% to HK$4.3, acknowledging the AI business's pivotal role in driving growth.
