Salesforce and Anthropic have announced a deepened collaboration with the introduction of the plugin 'Salesforce in Claude.' This plugin integrates 37 pre-built sales skills, enabling sales personnel and agents to reason based on real-time revenue data, automatically update sales processes, and perform controlled actions directly within the Claude interface. The two parties also plan to expand more integrated features among Claude, Salesforce, and Slack.
