On August 20 local time, sources familiar with the matter revealed that Anthropic plans to include Citigroup in its list of underwriting banks for its IPO, with Citigroup set to serve as a lead underwriter for the deal alongside Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs Group, and JPMorgan Chase.
