In the realm of the supply chain, JD.com has ambitious plans to allocate billions in resources by 2028 to fuel brand expansion and facilitate the widespread adoption of robots across multiple scenarios. The company has already forged partnerships with a multitude of domestic and international brands, laying a solid foundation for its robotics endeavors.
When it comes to services, JD.com is set to establish a robust after-sales service network spanning over 100 countries worldwide within the next five years. This initiative is expected to generate more than 100,000 job opportunities, set up 80 robot bases, and offer comprehensive full-lifecycle services to customers.
In the technological sphere, JD.com is accelerating the development of an “AI Home” intelligent ecosystem. The company aims to amass over 10 million hours of real-world scenario data within two years, leveraging this vast repository to construct a self-reliant AI foundational model matrix.
Moreover, JD.com has achieved significant milestones in deploying robots on a large scale across various real-world environments, including retail, logistics, and beyond. The company has also introduced standardized battery products and forged collaborations with over 20 brands, further solidifying its position in the robotics market.
At the conference, JD.com showcased its innovations through a sprawling 600-square-meter immersive exhibition area and hosted insightful industry forums. The company reiterated its commitment to driving continuous innovation and development within the robotics industry.
