Cerebras has announced the CS-4 compute platform, which does not require HBM, utilizing TSMC's 5nm process technology and Wafer-Scale System (SoW) packaging. It is expected to be available in the second half of 2026. The CS-4 incorporates three WSE-3 Turbo chips, delivering a computing power of 750 PFLOPS, a memory bandwidth of 129.6 PB/s, and an inference speed up to 30 times faster than GPU solutions.
