As Anthropic prepares for its highly anticipated IPO, its financing arrangements continue to expand. As the developer of Claude, Anthropic's plan to increase its revolving credit facility has attracted significant attention from numerous banks, which hope to enhance their involvement in the IPO. It is reported that Anthropic has requested the lead bank for this credit facility, which has been the most active participant, to provide a loan commitment of approximately $1.25 billion. It has encouraged the next tier of active banks to offer around $1 billion, while banks with lower levels of participation are expected to commit progressively smaller amounts, down to approximately $750 million or less.
