Following the deduction of issuance expenses, the entire sum will be earmarked for four distinct projects. These projects encompass the research and development of multi-vertical embodied AI and AI agents, the creation of intelligent sensing terminals along with their analysis management platforms, the industrial upgrading and transformation of comprehensive AI sensing terminals coupled with the establishment of supporting energy facilities, and the replenishment of working capital as well as the repayment of interest-bearing liabilities. Depending on real-world factors such as project advancement and capital needs, the company reserves the right to make suitable modifications to the investment sequence and the precise amounts allocated to each project from the raised capital.
