On August 13, Aistech, a company specializing in the research and development of SiC power devices, successfully concluded its Series B equity financing round, raising hundreds of millions of yuan. This financing round was spearheaded by CSC Semiconductor Group, with Hangzhou Qiantang Heda Industrial Fund joining as a subsequent investor. Following the funding, Aistech has officially moved its headquarters from Shenzhen to Qiantang District, Hangzhou.
Prior to this, Aistech had already garnered multiple rounds of investment from prominent institutions, including Summit View Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Sino IC Fund, and SAIC Motor, culminating in a total of six financing rounds. The newly acquired funds will be strategically allocated towards the advancement of core technologies, the establishment of an intelligent manufacturing base in Hangzhou, and the broadening of its market strategy. This will expedite Aistech's dual-track development in the fields of 'new energy' and 'AI computing power'.
