Owing to its exceptional properties, including high thermal conductivity, superior insulation, and excellent thermal adaptability, aluminum nitride is poised to become a critical material for optical modules. Huatai Securities forecasts that by 2027, the demand for high-end aluminum nitride powder, driven by optical modules, will surpass 2,000 tons.
