On August 13, a survey released by Reuters on Thursday revealed that over 80% of Japanese companies are using AI either to a limited extent or not at all in their operations, a trend that may hinder the Japanese government's plans to boost productivity. Conducted by Nikkei Research for Reuters from July 29 to August 6, the survey reached out to 510 companies, with 219 responding anonymously.
