The company's English name has been officially updated from “Bairong Inc.” to “Bairong AI Inc.”, and its Chinese name has been changed from “Bairong Cloud Innovation” to “Bairong Intelligent”. As of 9:00 AM on August 14, its Hong Kong stock symbol will also undergo a transformation, shifting from “Bairong Cloud -W” to “Bairong Intelligent -W”, although the stock code will stay the same.

Earlier, the company released a profit warning for the first half of 2026, estimating a net loss in the range of RMB 320 million to RMB 360 million. In the wake of this profit warning announcement, the company carried out intensive share buybacks over two consecutive days within a restricted time period. It repurchased a total of 2.571 million shares, incurring a cost of roughly HKD 13.1 million.
