Meituan is dedicated to serving as an AI facilitator for its partners within the pharmaceutical sector, providing them with AI operation experts, the capabilities of its CatPaw AI platform, and methodologies for workflow transformation. Presently, Meituan's inaugural cohort of AI operation experts has been successfully implemented in companies such as Shuyu Pingmin and Kenvue, and is now extending its services to the broader industry. Concurrently, Meituan's omni-scenario AI Agent platform, CatPaw, is set to initiate a pilot program tailored for pharmaceutical merchants. By leveraging its extensive partner ecosystem, which encompasses 250,000 pharmacies and nearly 500 pharmaceutical companies, Meituan is constructing a novel infrastructure to underpin the AI-driven era of pharmaceutical retail.
