Daimeng Robotics has recently made public its achievement in securing a strategic financing round amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan, with Ant Group taking the lead. Existing shareholders have also notably upped their stakes. In the past two months alone, the company has successfully clinched a hundred-million-yuan Series A funding phase and another strategic financing round of the same magnitude. Among its previous investors are a variety of industrial capital entities, such as Inovance Industrial Investment and China Mobile's Chain Leader Fund. Emerging from a research team at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Daimeng Robotics formally embarked on its business journey in 2023. Headquartered in Shenzhen, with a research and development center in Hong Kong, the company is committed to constructing comprehensive physical AI capabilities that seamlessly integrate tactile perception, data, and models.
