The company has set its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issuance price at RMB 150.80 per share on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. With this pricing, the total anticipated fundraising amount is projected to reach RMB 6.099 billion, and the issuing market value is estimated to approach RMB 61 billion. Prior to its listing, Unitree Robotics has garnered robust support from 44 institutional shareholders. This diverse group includes internet behemoths like Meituan, Alibaba, Tencent, and ByteDance; prominent venture capital institutions such as Sequoia China; industrial capital entities like Ant Group; and local industrial funds. Notably, entities affiliated with Meituan emerge as the largest external institutional shareholders. During the strategic placement phase, three portfolios managed by the National Social Security Fund successfully secured allocations. Simultaneously, DeepMind Quest, the parent company of DeepSeek, also obtained allocations. DeepMind Quest is set to collaborate with Unitree Robotics across three key domains: general artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance general-purpose robots, and AI large models. Turning to the offline subscription, global investment giant BlackRock and occupational pension plans from various regions actively participated. The effective subscription multiple soared to an impressive 2618.30 times. Unitree Robotics is under the control of Wang Xingxing. Following the issuance, Wang's voting power ratio will remain capped at no more than 65.31%. Meanwhile, core employees are set to receive a 4.45% allocation through two asset management plans. Furthermore, Unitree Robotics boasts a comprehensive supply chain that spans the entire industrial chain of humanoid robots. Several companies, including Zhejiang Zhongda Lide Transmission, Wolong Electric, and Orbbec, play pivotal roles by supplying key components.
