In reaction to the deletion of the guide titled "Utilizing Apple Intelligence with QianWen on Mac" from the Mac Simplified Chinese user manual on Apple's official website, Apple's customer service informed Sina Tech that they usually get advance notice about the launch of new features or projects. However, to date, no such notification has been forthcoming, and the "Apple Intelligence with QianWen" feature remains unavailable in mainland China. Earlier, the document clearly stated that Apple Intelligence could be used in tandem with Alibaba's QianWen model, yet it was taken down less than 24 hours after being published. On July 15 of this year, Alibaba announced that QianWen would be incorporated as an AI feature into Apple Intelligence to cater to Chinese users of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS.
