According to an exchange announcement, Chinese AI startup DeepSeek has invested 140.8 million yuan (approximately $20.8 million) in robotics manufacturer Unitree Technology (688836.SS), with the two parties set to jointly develop AI models for humanoid robots. DeepSeek has acquired 933,399 shares in Unitree Technology, representing 2.31% of the total strategic placement shares in its Shanghai IPO.
