On August 6, 2026, MatrixOrigin, a provider of enterprise-level AI infrastructure, heralded the successful closure of its Series A funding round, amassing over US$10 million. This funding endeavor was a collaborative investment, with contributions from funds associated with Hande Information, Yakang Inc.—a comprehensive service provider spanning the entire computing power value chain—and Artesian Venture Partners, an Australian venture capital firm. The capital secured will be predominantly allocated to the research and development (R&D) and iterative enhancement of the MatrixOne Intelligence platform, the expansion of global markets, and the extensive deployment of Agentic AI.

Established in 2021, MatrixOrigin stands as one of the pioneering companies in China to introduce the concept of enterprise-level AI infrastructure. Its proprietary MatrixOne Intelligence platform, built upon an AI-Native architecture, seamlessly integrates HTAP, data lakes, metadata management, AI services, and agent runtime. This integration empowers enterprises to concurrently develop three-tier capabilities in data, AI, and agents. Presently, the company's offerings have been successfully implemented on a large scale across various sectors, including manufacturing, energy, healthcare, internet, and semiconductors, catering to a total of over 100 enterprise clients.
