The report forecasts that the global AI server PCB market will soar to $37.5 billion by 2027, representing a substantial 38% upward revision from prior estimates. Moreover, it is anticipated to surge further to $84 billion by 2028. The CCL market is expected to hit $22.1 billion in 2027, marking an 18% increase, and is projected to climb to $48 billion by 2028. This suggests that from 2026 to 2028, the compound annual growth rates for the AI server PCB and CCL markets will peak at an impressive 148% and 161%, respectively.
