In Beijing, the Haidian District has emerged as a major hub for the brain-computer interface (BCI) sector, bringing together over 30 core enterprises. These enterprises constitute nearly 60% of the entire nation's BCI industry, and have successfully established a comprehensive innovation ecosystem. This ecosystem spans the entire development chain, from 'fundamental research - technological advancements - product creation - clinical deployment'. The Zhongguancun (Haidian) Brain-Computer Interface Industry Cluster has successfully drawn in more than 20 projects and set up an AI+Brain-Computer Interface Standard Testing and Certification Laboratory. Looking ahead, the cluster will prioritize the integrated innovation of AI and brain-computer interfaces, with the ambition to forge a globally competitive industrial innovation cluster in areas such as neurotechnology-based healthcare and industrial safety.
